The Story of the Lotus...
It is no small coincidence that I chose the image of a lotus to represent my therapeutic practice. This flower is a powerful symbol of faith, endurance, and resourcefulness. Lotus flowers are famous because these delicate and beautiful plants grow deep in the murky swamp. The dormant seed lies hidden in the mud until the flower is ready to blossom into view. In fact, without the muddy water of the swamp, the lotus would not grow. I believe that each person holds within them the seed of the life that they desire. Some of us have circumstances in our lives that are as dark and disheartening as those swamp waters. However, it is never too late to seek help, possibility, and freedom. About Lotus Therapy Center
