I offer sessions that fit in with the demands of your busy schedule, and allow you to check in and discuss your progress before work, during your lunch break, and even during the evening. You can choose what type of time slot you would like to have week-by-week as we continue our work together. The only caveat is that all clients must schedule a one-hour appointment for their initial visit. It is very important that we both agree that the nature and intensity of your problems can be managed successfully in shorter sessions. I will discuss this with you honestly, and in detail after our first meeting. Scheduling Options Got a Second? 30-minute sessions These sessions are for folks who are on the go, but want to make sure they are continuing to move in the right direction. This option is great for clients with a good level of self-awareness who are willing to do homework between sessions and come to appointments prepared to work hard. These appointments are also appropriate for clients who have been working in therapy for awhile and are checking in for a “tune up.” Got a Minute? 45-minute sessions These sessions are the perfect happy medium between my hour-long sessions and a shorter, 30-minute meeting. This time slot is perfect for those in the middle leg of their therapy services, or those who need to get to work, pick up the kids, or finish that latest best seller. Got an Hour? 60-minute sessions These sessions are 60 minutes long. All clients must schedule an hour-long appointment for their first office visit. These sessions are effective for clients in any stage of their therapeutic work, and allow time to share, process, and discuss issues of varying complexity. Hour sessions are particularly effective for couples and family work.
